1. About these terms

This website, thesapphireconcept.com, is operated under the brand Sapphire Concept by Eurasia Trade Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Dilküşa Mahallesi Namık Kemal Sk. No: 1 A/A, 37300 Tosya/Kastamonu, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our products

We sell digital PDF products: Archive Editions of historic needlework publications and related printables. No physical goods are shipped. We describe each product as accurately as we can, including page counts and original sources. Product images may include artistic presentations; interior previews show the actual pages.

The historic patterns are reproduced as originally published and are not stitch-tested by us. Results depend on your materials and skill.

3. Orders and prices

We currently accept orders from customers in the United States, Canada and Australia. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be displayed in other currencies as an estimate. Taxes are added at checkout where required. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order we will refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Download links are provided on the order confirmation page and by email after payment. Please save your files; download links may be limited in number or time.

5. License

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, view and print it for your own use, and to sell finished handmade items you make from the patterns. You may not share, upload, resell, sublicense or redistribute the files or any part of our editorial content, covers or images. Full details are on our License page. Public domain source material remains public domain; our license covers our own restoration, editorial and design work.

6. Refunds

Because products are delivered instantly, refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text, logo, product covers, guide pages and images are owned by Eurasia Trade Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Sapphire Concept) or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Third-party services

The store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from ours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
