Refund policy

All products sold by Sapphire Concept are digital PDF files delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

When we will help

We will fix the problem, send a replacement file or give a full refund if:

• a file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open;
• the product is materially different from its description (for example, wrong book or missing pages);
• you were charged twice for the same order;
• you did not receive a download link and we cannot resolve it.

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@thesapphireconcept.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Before you buy

Each product page lists the page count, original publication and what is included. Historic patterns use period terms and may differ from modern standards; this is not a defect. If you have any doubt, ask us before buying.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you agree at checkout that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that this right is lost once the download starts, to the extent permitted by law.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
